These terms govern your use of Harmonia, an early-access application that analyzes your Spotify library and generates playlists using AI. By joining the waitlist or signing in with Spotify, you agree to these terms.
Harmonia is an independently-run, early-access project. It's provided as-is, and these terms may change as the product matures.
Harmonia is currently invite-only. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access — approval is at our discretion, and access may be limited by capacity constraints imposed by our upstream providers (including Spotify's own developer platform limits). We may pause, delay, or revoke access at any time, including during early access.
Harmonia connects to your Spotify account via Spotify's official OAuth login. You must have a valid Spotify account to use Harmonia, and your use of Spotify itself remains governed by Spotify's own Terms of Service. You can revoke Harmonia's access at any time from your Spotify account settings.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens through your authenticated session.
Harmonia reads your saved tracks and playlists, uses AI to analyze and group them, and can generate new playlists and export them back to your Spotify account at your request. Harmonia does not post, message, or take any action on your behalf beyond what's described here and what you initiate.
AI-generated analysis (mood, energy, themes, playlist groupings) is automated and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or not match your taste. Harmonia is a discovery/organization tool, not a guarantee of playlist quality.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.
Approved waitlist members currently receive full access to Harmonia at no cost for a limited period, as communicated at the time of approval. This is a promotional early-access offer, not a permanent commitment — future pricing or plan changes will be communicated in advance and will not retroactively charge you for time already used under a free offer.
Our Privacy Policy describes what data we collect and how it's used — it's part of these terms. By using Harmonia, you consent to that processing.
Harmonia's software, design, and branding are owned by us. Music, metadata, and lyrics accessed through Harmonia remain the property of their respective rightsholders (Spotify, artists, labels, and lyrics providers) — Harmonia does not claim ownership over any of it.
Harmonia is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. As an early-access project, features may change, break, or be removed without notice. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Harmonia, including changes made to your Spotify playlists by the export feature. Review any playlist Harmonia creates or modifies before relying on it.
You may stop using Harmonia at any time by revoking its Spotify access and requesting account deletion (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms or if we discontinue the service.
We may update these terms as Harmonia evolves. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
